New Jersey Pathways To Apprenticeship
P2A New Jersey is a non-profit organization committed to helping individuals from underrepresented communities gain admittance into the various registered building trades apprenticeship programs. Our intensive five-week training prepares participants for the union application process. They receive preparatory instruction for the program’s work keys assessment in math and reading comprehension. P2A instruction also covers the personal and professional traits that propel people toward a successful career in the union construction industry.

The first step is all about understanding what Pathways To Apprenticeship (P2A) is, how it operates, and what it can offer you. During this phase, you’ll gain insights into the organization’s values, objectives, and the transformative impact it has on the lives of countless individuals. This is also the time to ask questions, interact with the team, and envision how P2A could be the key to unlocking your potential.

Comprehensive Five-Week Training
Once you’ve embarked on the P2A journey, the real transformation begins.
